Dr. Thomas Vigliante
Dr. Thomas Vigliante, or Dr. Tom as most patients know him, grew up right here in Saint James. His path to dentistry began with a deep fascination with medicine and supported by a long-standing commitment to caring for people.
After earning his DDS from Stony Brook University Dental School, Dr. Tom completed advanced implant training at the prestigious Pikos Institute, one of the nation’s leading centers for surgical and restorative excellence. In his cosmetic work, he incorporates fully digital workflows—partnering with renowned labs across the country to create natural, lifelike results tailored to each patient. He is an active member of the Academy of Osseointegration, the New York State Dental Association, and the Suffolk County Dental Society.
Dr. Tom is passionate about restoring both smiles and confidence. He’s especially skilled in dental implants, full-arch restorations, and cosmetic dentistry, and he’s built his practice to reflect his core belief: that exceptional dental care should be always centered around what’s best for the patient.
Outside the office, Dr. Tom enjoys spending time with his wife Christine and their three children, Gracie, May, and Henry, along with fishing, golfing, and boating around Long Island. In the practice, he’s known for his patience and compassion, taking the time to truly get to know his patients, understand their lives, and learn what matters most to them. When you visit, you’ll meet a down-to-earth doctor who listens closely, explains your options clearly, and is genuinely invested in helping you achieve your goals.
